The United Center has statues of great players from the Chicago Blackhawks and Bulls in front of the building. On the hockey side, you have Stan Mikita and Bobby Hull.

It’s likely that Patrick Kane will have one at some point, but for now the above shrine in Chicago will do.

Shall we call him St. Patrick? (s/t For the Win)

According to FTW:

Kane’s memorial sits outside Johnny O’Hagan’s, an Irish pub in Chicago’s Wrigleyville neighborhood. The bar’s owner, Conor Kelly, confirmed to For the Win that fans with good intentions set up the shrine, with his permission, to wish Kane a speedy recovery.

What more appropriate place to put a Kane shrine than outside a bar? Though the former wild child has supposedly reformed his ways. I'd say do it at Palace Grill, but that's just me. Nice touch giving him the playoff mullet and the lyrics of the Chicago goal song "Chelsea Dagger" on the shrine.

Because of a broken clavicle on Feb. 24, Kane won’t return to Chicago until sometime in May most likely. And it’s not like the Hawks haven’t played well in the superstar’s absence, going 5-1-1since the injury. But any little bit from any little higher power helps.
