Heisman Watch: Ohio State QB Braxton Miller is at least in the conversation

The Heisman race has been declared over, but there's still a half season to play and you never know what might happen.

West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith is by far the nation's best player and he continues to prove it every week. Did you know that in his last 11 games dating back to last season, Smith has had just two interceptions? And those came in one game. That's right, 10 of his last 11 games have been interception-free. That's a ridiculous stat, but what else would we expect from a player who is about to eclipse 2,000 passing yards at the midway point of the year?

Still, the other players on this list should not be discounted. Each one has been fantastic this year and — if it were any other year — would be in a nail-biting battle for the prestigious bronze statue.

So, we kept posting this weekly just to let you know where Dr. Saturday stands when it comes to the Heisman race.
