The former Michigan coach is asking a cool $2,995,000 for his 11,000 square foot house in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It's got five bedrooms amidst the 16 rooms overall. At over 10,000 square feet, the price according to the listing is $286 per square foot.
It also has a heated patio, which seems necessary for a $3 million house in Michigan. If you're going to have a nice patio overlooking the pond in your back yard, you're going to want to use it in the winter. We also couldn't spy any Michigan football items in the slideshow on the listing. Can you?
According to MLive.com, Hoke and his wife bought the land the house was built on for for $385,000 in 2012.
