Michael Kidd-Gilchrist loses bet on title game with Kemba Walker, dons UConn shirt

Charlotte Bobcats teammates Kemba Walker and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist apparently bet on the outcome of the national title game between their alma maters Monday. The result: Walker winning and forcing Kidd-Gilchrist to wear a UConn T-shirt and pose for pictures.

Hey, it's all in good fun and the Bobcats are feeling nothing but positive right now after recently clinching their first playoff berth since 2010 and only the second playoff appearance in franchise history.

Earlier in the day after the Bobcats practiced, both players were interviewed by rookie teammate Cody Zeller, a product of Indiana. Walker predicted the Huskies would win the game by 20 points. Kidd-Gilchrist showed much less faith in the Wildcats, predicting an 8-10-point win.
