Louisville signee Anton Gill takes home dunk trophy at Kentucky Derby Festival
Louisville is losing a few key pieces off its national title team, but it's also ready to welcome some very talented replacements, including 6-foot-4 guard Anton Gill of Hargrave Military Academy.
Gill was in Louisville this weekend along with some of the other elite recruits from around the nation participating in the Kentucky Derby Festival, a showcase event for high school seniors.
Gill won the slam dunk competition this year with the dunks highlighted in this Louisville Courier-Journal video from Adam Himmelsbach, who also wrote a feature story on Gill after the annual KDF Basketball Classic.
Kansas signee Connor Frankamp had a nice assist on the first dunk from Gill in the video.
