SportsDash: Stadium safety becoming bigger issue

Over the weekend, a 49ers fan fell to his death at Candlestick Park during the season opener against the Green Bay Packers. The fan, who witnesses described as intoxicated, fell from an elevated pedestrian walkway at about 1:30 p.m. The death came on the same day that two fans were injured in Indianapolis as a result of a railing collapsing.
