Position statement: NFL serious about off-season changes?

The NFL is proposing a reformat to the off-season so that the combine gets pushed back to early March, free agency to early April, the draft to early May, and all teams would start training camp on the same day in the summer. The only hang up Mike Florio see is the delay of free agency. Players want to know as soon as possible where they’ll play and how much they'll make the next season, and because of this, they might fight this proposed change.
