New York Giants at Buffalo Bills: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 6 game

The Buffalo Bills (3-2) return stateside to take on the New York Giants (1-4) at home for a primetime Sunday game.

The Bills lost more than the game last week when they fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars 25-20 in London. Star linebacker Matt Milano injured his leg and could be out for the season. Josh Allen is fifth in the league with 1,407 passing yards and in a four-way tie for second with 11 touchdowns.

The Giants finally forced their first turnover of the season last week when De'Von Achane fumbled and they intercepted Tua Tagovailoa twice. But the defensive effort wasn't enough as they fell to the Miami Dolphins 31-16. Daniel Jones suffered a neck injury in the game and New York is still monitoring the health of running back Saquon Barkley.

The two teams last faced off in 2019 when the Bills intercepted Eli Manning twice and won 28-14.

Tyler Dragon: Bills 28, Giants 17

The Bills already lost to the Jets in primetime. It’s hard to imagine Buffalo losing to another in-state rival under the bright lights. Aside from a fourth-quarter rally in Arizona, the Giants have been outplayed in 19 quarters to start the season.

Victoria Hernandez: Bills 30, Giants 19

The Giants are missing Saquon Barkley badly. Getting Darren Waller more involved has helped and Tyrod Taylor isn't given enough credit for his abilities, so it won't be completely game-over if he plays instead of Daniel Jones. The Bills have something to prove and are playing at home, but are also without one of their star players in linebacker Matt Milano. Buffalo will win easily, but probably won't cover the monster spread.

Safid Deen: Bills 34, Giants 17

Josh Allen and the Bills have a "get right" game at home, after losing to the Jaguars in London last week. They should blow out the floundering Giants, who could be without starting quarterback Daniel Jones (neck) while running back Saquon Barkley’s return from an ankle injury might be imminent.
