You won't believe what happened when you googled 'owner of the Jets' on Thursday

Someone at Google must be a New England Patriots fan. Or the site got hacked.

On Thursday afternoon, tweets started popping up showing screenshots of Google with the search term, “owner of the Jets.”

Answer? Tom Brady.

But by 3:30 p.m. EST, the fix had been made, and the query showed Woody Johnson as the owner of the team.

But whoever made the joke had a point: Brady, the New England Patriots quarterback, is 24-8 in his career against the AFC East club. Under Johnson’s ownership, which began in January 2000, the Jets are 132-140.

Brady and the Patriots had their first official day of training camp on Thursday, while Jets players report for camp on Friday.
