Wisconsin Badgers use transfer portal again, this time to add a cornerback from Toledo
MADISON – Luke Fickell’s staff has been working to rebuild Wisconsin’s defense via the transfer portal and the latest addition is a defensive back.
RJ Delancy III, a 6-foot, 180-pound cornerback from Toledo, announced Monday he has committed to UW.
Delancy played two games at Nebraska as a freshman in 2020 before transferring to Toledo.

He played a total of 38 games over the last three season with the Rockets. Delancy broke up 10 passes, intercepted one pass and recorded 28 tackles this season for the Rockets, who finished 11-3.
Delancy also had offers from Auburn and Memphis.
