Where to watch Eagles vs. Vikings Thursday night, plus injuries and commentators

NFL action resumes in Week 2 with the second edition of Thursday Night Football in the 2023 NFL season.

This week's Thursday night matchup features an in-conference rematch of a primetime game from last season.

Who's playing Thursday Night Football?

The reigning NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles will host the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday night at Lincoln Financial Field. It is the Eagles' first home game of the season, and the Vikings' first road trip.

Philadelphia started the season 1-0 after a win over the Patriots, 25-20, in Foxboro on Sunday.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 22 of his 33 pass attempts for 170 yards and a touchdown to DeVonta Smith. A.J. Brown led the team with 79 receiving yards in Week 1, while Kenneth Gainwell led the running backs committee with 14 carries for 54 yards (3.9 yards per carry).

The Vikings are 0-1 after they fell to the Buccaneers, 20-17, at home in Week 1.

Kirk Cousins went 33/44 in the air with 344 yards and two touchdowns, but he also threw an interception and lost two fumbles. Justin Jefferson finished the game with nine catches for 150 yards as the team's receiving leader, and Alexander Mattison was Minnesota's leading running back with 34 rushing yards on 11 carries (3.1 YPC).

How to watch Eagles and Vikings Thursday night

Eagles vs. Vikings will kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET on Thursday, Sept. 14. The game will be streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime Video and available to local Minnesota viewers on FOX 9 Minneapolis.

Eagles, Vikings injuries

Vikings center Garrett Bradbury is listed as "out" with a back injury.

Offensive tackle Christian Darrisaw and linebacker Marcus Davenport were limited in practice this week with ankle injuries. Both are questionable to play Thursday night.

Eagles safety Redd Blankenship and running back Kenneth Gainwell are out of Thursday night's game with rib injuries. Cornerback James Bradberry is out with a concussion.

Philadelphia has listed defensive tackle Fletcher Cox as "questionable" vs. the Vikings after limited participation in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday with a rib injury.
