JASON FITZ: I'm Jason Fitz with Frank Schwab. We are at the Yahoo Sportsbook, powered by William Hill, at the Venetian Las Vegas Resort. Frank, your biggest surprise from week 1.

FRANK SCHWAB: I'll tell you what, it is the San Francisco 49ers. Not that there's a big surprise that they won week 1. Look, they were favored, right, to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers? But the way they did it was so impressive and stunning to me. 30 to 7. The Steelers were never in that game. The defense swarmed Kenny Pickett. We knew that defense was going to be good.

I had questions about Brock Purdy coming into the season, though. Could he repeat what he did last season? I think the answer is an emphatic yes. Brock Purdy is not a one year wonder, and the San Francisco 49ers looked like the best team in football on Sunday. That surprised me-- the way they beat the Steelers. What about you? What was your biggest surprise from week 1?

JASON FITZ: I love what you said, by the way. But for me, I'm going to go to the afternoon games, and I'm looking squarely at the Bears getting thumped by the Packers. If not now, then when, right? Like, you had $90 million in cap space. You were supposed to be able to reinvent. And you're supposed to be able to reinvent not taking on Aaron Rodgers. Jordan Love went out and even though he missed three or four throws I think he's going to want back, he was still impressive.

If you're a Packers fan, you look at it and you say, man, we're good. And if you're a Bears fan, you're looking at it saying, man, we are up a creek. What I know is that we're going to keep this reaction coming tonight. We got you everything you need to know from 1 one on "Zero Blitz." You ready for the fun?

FRANK SCHWAB: Absolutely. What a week 1.

JASON FITZ: Whoo! Let's go.
