Wednesday's Top Prep Performers from basketball, soccer, wrestling and water polo

Highlights from Wednesday in high school sports:

BOYS BASKETBALL

  • Kayden Elsokary had 21 points and five assists, Austin Maziasz finished with 16 points, eight rebounds and two steals, and Dante Deshautelle had 16 points, three assists and two steals to lead Westlake (9-3) to a 67-63 win over Simi Valley in a nonleague game. Ryder Mjoen scored a game-high 28 points and had five rebounds and Justin Rener had 15 points and nine rebounds for the Pioneers.

  • Ace Arnold dropped in 26 points, Gavin Wright had 15 points and pulled down 20 rebounds, Parker Hill scored 10 points, and Chase Brosamle added eight points as Royal improved to 12-2 with a 63-49 victory over AGBU.

  • Steven Melina scored 14 points, Jadon Holmes had 10 points and seven rebounds, Josef Berger had 10 points, and Aaron Huggins had nine points and five rebounds to lead Oak Park (9-3) to a 64-50 victory over visiting Santa Barbara in a nonleague game.

  • Ethan Klopp and Lukas Friedlander each scored 10 points and Peter Iba had eight points for Agoura in its 73-48 loss to Chatsworth in a nonleague game.

  • JD Pettit finished with 25 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks, Andy Pimental had six points and 10 rebounds, and Jayden Ramirez had five points and four rebounds for Santa Clara (4-8) in its 55-45 loss to Buena Park in a nonleague game.

  • Mason Stueber scored 16 points, Will Friel had 11 points and Tyler Pickett had 10 points for Hillcrest Christian (5-1) in its 69-57 loss to Buckley in a nonleague game.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

  • Kierabella Coletta-Todd had 18 points and four rebounds, Kai Mekari finished with 14 points, four steals, three assists, two blocks and two rebounds, Kimiko Carmer had eight points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks, Greta Heath had six points, seven rebounds and two assists, and Dana Cruz added five points to lead Newbury Park to a 67-33 victory over Simi Valley in a nonleague game.

  • Aryanna Lopez scored 23 points, Alyssa Garcia had 14 points and Breanna Mojica had 10 points to lead Santa Paula to a 58-8 win over Fillmore in a Citrus Coast League game.

BOYS SOCCER

  • Jesus Angel Avila scored the game's only goal off an assist from Jared Ramos and Julian Medina posted the shutout in net to lead Fillmore (4-2-4, 2-1-1) to a 1-0 victory over Santa Paula in a Citrus Coast League match.

  • Tyler Cash finished with two goals and two assists, Tamir Ratoviz had a goal and three assists, and Charles Chowana and Shalev Shemesh scored goals to lead Oak Park (5-1-0) to a 5-0 victory over Oaks Christian in a nonleague match.

GIRLS SOCCER

  • Joscelin Lopez had a goal and an assist, Jackie Corral, Natalie Casas and Amy Yanez scored goals, Natalie Ruiz finished with two assists, and Kim Cruz and Danahi Olea played well to lead Hueneme (3-3-0, 2-1-0) to a 4-1 victory over Nordhoff in a Citrus Coast League match.

  • Ashley Hernandez and Karissa Terrazas scored goals and Marlene Gonzalez had an assist for Fillmore (3-2-0, 2-1-0) in its 4-2 overtime loss to Santa Paula in a Citrus Coast League match.

  • Ava Bowers scored two goals, KK Chowana, Malena Juergens and Layla Simon had goals, and Caitlin Villapando recorded her fifth shutout this season to lead Westlake (5-0-0) to a 5-0 victory over Simi Valley in a nonleague match.

  • Anaiyah Frye, Aleiyah Schexnayder and Cassidy Epstein scored goals, Alina Miller and Kamryn Rodriguez had assists, and Jessie Heybl and Makenna Gout combined for the shutout in net to lead Camarillo to a 5-0 victory over Agoura in a nonleague match.

  • Macie Baird scored the game's only goal off an assist by Malea Johnson and Ainsley Gove posted the shutout in net to lead Oak Park to a 1-0 win over Newbury Park in a nonleague match.

BOYS WRESTLING

  • Nathaniel Dominguez, Sal Bibian, Geovany Serrano and Julian Villegas all won by pin as Pacifica improved to 3-0 in the Channel League with a 60-22 victory over Oxnard.

  • Rylan Pedroza, David Lopez, Keenan Gibson, Orlando Beltran, Mark Acevedo and Kevin Hong had pins as Buena improved to 3-0 in the Channel League with a 55-24 win over San Marcos.

GIRLS WRESTLING

  • Samantha Salazar, Samaya Bazile, Alieen Ayala, Kaylee Hernandez, Merari Velasco, and Shaire Anzures had key pins to lead Pacifica to a 66-6 win over Oxnard.

GIRLS WATER POLO

  • Taylor Credle scored 14 goals — tied for fifth-most in a single game in CIF-SS history — to lead Calabasas (8-2) to a 20-4 victory over Foothill Tech in a nonleague game.
