WATCH: Tyler Summitt wishes happy birthday to Pat Summitt with his three children

Tyler Summitt had three special guests help wish his mother happy birthday.

Summitt's three children – Breck, Rocky and Patricia – joined Tyler on camera to wish a happy 71st birthday to Pat Summitt, the legendary Lady Vols basketball coach.

Summitt, who won eight national titles at Tennessee, passed away two weeks after her birthday in 2016 after fighting early-onset Alzheimer's for five years.

"Happy Birthday Grammy, from Brooke, Breck, Rocky, Patricia Lakelyn and me," Tyler said. "I know you'd be proud of the Pat Summitt Foundation granting over $800,000 last year to Pat Summitt Clinic. I think they've seen 6,000 patients since it opened, and so I know you'd be so proud."

Breck, who will be 5 years old in July, offered his own ideas of what people should do on his grandmother's birthday.

"People should hug us," Breck said, confidently answering Tyler's question. He got it correct on the second take, telling viewers to go to patsummitt.org/donate before rambling on to say something not even his parents understood, leading to question marks popping up as subtitles.
