How to watch Tennessee-Southern Miss super regional

Southern Miss (44-18, 22-8 Sun Belt) will host Tennessee (41-19, 16-14 SEC), Saturday-Monday, in a NCAA Tournament Super Regional at Pete Taylor Park in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Neither teams was a national seed and neither hosted its respective regional. Both were the No. 2 seeds in their respective regional. That lack of a higher seeded team meant the NCAA committee was left to determine Southern Miss would be the host school in the super regional.

The winner between Tennessee and Southern Miss in the best-of-three series will advance to the College World Series.

The Vols are making their third consecutive super regional appearance and fourth straight NCAA Tournament under head coach Tony Vitello. Tennessee advanced to the 2021 College World Series.
