What channel is Colts vs. Rams on today? How to watch, picks, odds in NFL Week 4

The Indianapolis Colts host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday in NFL Week 4 action.

The Colts (2-1) lead the AFC South, coming off of consecutive road victories over the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens. Rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson missed most of those games with a concussion, but he rushed for two first-quarter touchdowns against Houston. He is scheduled to start Sunday, but his offensive line may be in shambles battling Aaron Donald and Co.

The Rams (1-2) have lost two in a row, to the San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Bengals. Two starting offensive linemen, including left tackle Alaric Jackson (hamstring), left their game against the Bengals with injuries, and quarterback Matthew Stafford was under siege in the second half. Jackson was listed as questionable for today's game.

ESPN's matchup predictor gives the Rams a 55.9% chance to win.

NFL picks, Week 4 predictions

Brooke Cersosimo, NFL.com, Colts win: The big story here is Anthony Richardson. He's back at practice after missing last week's game, a good sign for the possibility of him starting Sunday. The Colts' rushing attack could be scary with the rookie back in the fold and Zack Moss averaging 105 yards per game over the last two weeks. This is a team trending up after a big road win in overtime -- even if Gardner Minshew is the starter once again -- while the Rams can't seem to get out of their own way. Still, Los Angeles has the goods to score major points if Matthew Stafford is protected and takes care of the football. I can see this tilt going either way, with a key factor being how much opposing DTs Aaron Donald and DeForest Buckner impact the game. Ultimately, I think the home team prevails, whether Richardson plays or not.

Pete Prisco, CBS Sports, Rams 20-17: The Rams are playing consecutive road games and this one is on a short week. The Colts are back home after two victories on the road, including an upset of the Ravens last week. Anthony Richardson should be back at quarterback this week for Indy. This will be a close low-scoring game, but in the end I think Matt Stafford will make a big play to win it.

Edward Sutelan, Sporting News, Rams have a 51.6% chance to win: The Rams and Colts have each out-performed early expectations. Los Angeles took down the Seahawks in Week 1, and has since played contenders like the 49ers and Bengals close. Indianapolis leads the AFC South with wins over the Texans and a stunning victory against the Ravens. The Rams' quarterback advantage and defensive advantage give them a slight edge on the road.

Sheil Kapadia, The Ringer, Rams cover the spread: The Colts have been big-time overachievers so far. They stole a win in Baltimore without rookie starting quarterback Anthony Richardson and are 2-1 on the season. As of this writing, it sounds like Richardson should return for this game.

The Rams fell apart once they lost their left tackle Monday night, but now they have a week to come up with a better protection plan. Stafford is still throwing the ball well, and they have to feel a sense of desperation here. I think they bounce back with a victory.

Sam Farmer, Los Angeles Times, Rams 21-17: Things fell apart for the Rams on Monday night, and that patchwork offensive line is a worry. But they’re capable of going into Indianapolis and winning, particularly against a lightly seasoned rookie QB.

Mike Florio, Pro Football Talk, Colts 20-17: The Rams continue to have offensive-line issues. Which means they’ll eventually have injured-quarterback issues.
