How to watch Nashville Predators games on Bally Sports during Comcast Xfinity outage

Bally Sports South went dark at 11:26 p.m. CT on Tuesday during the Nashville Predators' 2-1 victory against the Canucks in Game 5, leaving Xfinity customers turning to other avenues to continue watching the game, which also was available on TBS.

Diamond Sports Group, owner of 18 Bally Sports regional stations, and Comcast, which owns Xfinity, failed to reach a new carrier agreement before Tuesday's deadline.

Unless the two sides reach an agreement by Friday, Game 6 of the Nashville Predators-Vancouver Canucks best-of-7, first-round NHL playoffs series at Bridgestone Arena won't be available to Xfinity customers.

Comcast Xfinity-Bally Sports outage explained

Diamond Sports Group, owner of 18 Bally Sports regional stations, and Comcast, which owns Xfinity, failed to reach a new carrier agreement before an April 30 deadline.

After being on the threshold of bankruptcy for a while, Diamond Sports declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March 2023. In early March of this year, the group submitted a reorganization plan, a plan that includes ridding the group of its naming-rights deal with Bally.
