Title fights

Middleweight champion Shahin Atamov (4-1), from Azerbaijan, puts his title on the line in the headliner against challenger Ross Levine (2-0), from the United States.

Atamov won the title in Season 3 and will be defending the belt for the first time. He has proven knockout power, particularly in his right hand, and opponents have struggled with his unorthodox style.

Levine made a big name for himself in GLORY kickboxing with a finish that fans voted that promotion’s Knockout of the Year in 2019. Like Atamov, his KO power is always at the ready – but so is his fight IQ.

In the co-main event, the bantamweight title is on the line when champion Eoghan Chelmiah (3-0), from Ireland, takes on challenger Ilias Mardhi (3-2), from France.

Chelmiah and Mardhi meet again in a rematch of their Season 3 fight, in which Chelmiah won the inaugural Karate Combat bantamweight title. In that fight, Mardhi couldn’t come out for the fifth round due to a broken hand. Chelmiah said he was not happy to win the title that way, and Mardhi agrees and has said he’s not the real champion. In the rematch, things should finally be settled.
