WATCH: Jordan Poole hits 39-foot buzzer-beater on Sunday night during NBA Finals

Former Michigan basketball player, Jordan Poole, is back to showing off his unlimited range — except this time it was on an even bigger stage.

Poole hit a long-ranged shot on Sunday night against the Boston Celtics during game two of the NBA Finals. Poole had 17 points in game two while shooting 5-for-9 from 3. But the story of the night belonged to the former Wolverine after drilling a half-court buzzer-beater to end the third quarter.

Poole has really been a spark plug for the Golden State bench this postseason. After starting a few games in place of Stephen Curry in the first round, Poole has now shifted back to his sixth-man role for the Warriors and he has made the most of it. He has averaged 17.8 points-per-game in the playoffs and he’s shooting nearly 40% from 3 this postseason.

Michigan fans are used to seeing Jordan Poole hit some major shots during his career. Arguably the most memorable shot was back in 2018 when Poole hit the game-winning shot against Houston in the Round of 32. You can see the video below from when Poole sent Michigan to a Sweet 16 birth after a miraculous shot.

The Warriors went on to beat the Celtics 107-88 to tie the series up 1-1.  Game three will tip-off on Wednesday night in Boston.
