Watch: Arthur Smith, Marcus Mariota discuss loss to Bengals

The Atlanta Falcons (3-4) were thoroughly outplayed during Sunday’s 35-17 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals (4-3). Joe Burrow and the Bengals offense put up 537 total yards and the Falcons simply couldn’t keep up.

Not only did Atlanta lose the game, the team lost several key players in the secondary, including cornerback A.J. Terrell (hamstring )and safety Jaylinn Hawkins (concussion).

Falcons head coach Arthur Smith talked about the lopsided loss in his postgame press conference.

Marcus Mariota didn’t have his best game, throwing for 124 passing yards and a touchdown in his followup to winning NFC Offensive Player of the Week. Mariota talked about what the team needs to do better in his postgame presser.
