How to watch Alabama vs. Missouri in SEC Tournament semifinals

Nate Oats and the Alabama Crimson Tide men’s basketball team have advanced to the semifinals of the 2023 SEC Tournament and will take on the Missouri Tigers in Nashville for a chance to play for the SEC championships.

Alabama defeated the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Friday in dominating fashion 72-49 while Missouri outlasted the Tennessee Volunteers 79-71 on Friday.

Alabama and Missouri had faced off once this season in Columbia when the Crimson Tide took down the Tigers 85-64. It’s important to note that Missouri was without its best player, Kobe Brown, for that matchup.

Saturday’s semifinal matchup is sure to be a fun one. Here is how you can catch all of the action!

Alabama player to watch: Brandon Miller

Syndication: The Tennessean

Brandon Miller will likely be Alabama’s player to watch for the remainder of the Crimson Tide’s season. March is when you need your best players at their best, and Miller is unquestionably Alabama’s best player.

Missouri player to watch: Kobe Brown

Stephen Lew-USA TODAY Sports

As I mentioned earlier, Kobe Brown missed the first matchup against the Tide this season and the Alabama native is sure to bring a great effort against his home state school. Brown dropped 24 points on Tennessee in the quarterfinals and is one of the best players in the SEC.

Series history

Alabama currently holds a 13-7 advantage over Missouri in the all-time series. The Crimson Tide is 6-4 against the Tigers in the previous 10 matchups.

Score prediction

George Walker IV / The Tennessean

Alabama 82, Missouri 74

This should be a fun matchup in Nashville between Alabama and Missouri. I believe Alabama’s talent and depth will be just a little too much for the Tigers to overcome.
