How to Watch: 2023 Major League Baseball amateur draft
The 2023 Major League Baseball amateur draft is scheduled to start on Sunday night in Seattle, Washington, for the annual selection of the top prospects from around the nation – both at the high school and college levels.
The 20-round draft coincides with the sport’s All-Star Game festivities and features plenty of big-name prospects — including Florida’s Wyatt Langford and several other Southeastern Conference standouts — and will take place over the course of three days.
The top three picks this year are owned by the Pittsburgh Pirates, Washinton Nationals and Detroit Tigers, respectively. A fair share of prognosticators have pegged Langford as the No. 3 pick, which would land him in the Motor City.
With all that in mind, take a look below at everything one needs to know to follow the draft starting on Sunday.
