There were plenty of great performances last week in Central Mass. field hockey action, so we rounded up a handful of the best for readers to vote on for the StormWorks Roofing & Restoration field hockey player of the week.

Congratulations to Nipmuc's Morgan Bieler, who rolled to the top spot in last week's poll with 24,066 votes (47.1 percent) to edge Quaboag's Riley Gray (11,026 votes).

Annie Apigian, Groton-Dunstable

The junior posted two shutouts in the Crusaders’ 3-1-0 week.

Mihika Chalasani, Tahanto

In Tahanto’s 2-1-0 week, Chalasani scored three goals, including the winner in a 1-0 triumph over Littleton.

Kaylie Ciccone, Valley Tech

The junior scored five goals to lead the Beavers past Worcester Tech.

Alyssa Drajpuch, Tantasqua

The junior made 12 saves in a pair of shutouts.

Annelise Gingrich, Algonquin

The junior scored four goals to lead the Titans to a 2-1-0 week.

Brooklyn Kaferlein, Uxbridge

The freshman scored the winning goal to lift the Spartans past King Philip Regional, 5-4.

Mia Manca, Narragansett

The sophomore netted a hat trick in the Warriors’ win over Gardner.

Kaleigh McGurl, Wachusett

The senior scored two goals and added an assist to lift the Mountaineers past Nashoba Regional.

Hannah Murray, Doherty

The senior registered a hat trick against Quaboag Regional and scored the 100th goal of her career in a win over Nipmuc Regional.

Meredith Southard Pantano, North Middlesex

The freshman registered a hat trick to lead the Patriots past Monty Tech.

Ruby Reid, Notre Dame Academy

The senior registered a hat trick to lead the Rebels past St. Paul.

Kylie Wetteland, South

Wetteland scored four goals to lead the Colonels to a pair of wins.

Maeve Whittemore, Auburn

The junior scored four goals, including a hat trick against Leicester, to lead the Rockets to a 2-0-1 week. One of Whittemore’s two assists came on her sister Ainsley’s first varsity goal.
