The results are in.

Fletcher's Addison Malone is the Florida Times-Union's latest First Florida Credit Union Athlete of the Week for the 2023-24 high school sports season, covering the week of March 25-30 in the Jacksonville area.

The junior helped the Senators' girls tennis squad overcome Oakleaf with singles and doubles victories, as Fletcher improved to 10-1 for the season. She also helped the Senators to a runner-up finish in the Gateway Conference tournament last week.

She placed first in a vote of top Northeast Florida performers that included Troy Ancayan (Bishop Kenny baseball), Greer Boree (Bolles boys lacrosse), Ashley Cotter (Tocoi Creek girls lacrosse), London Jenkins (Fleming Island flag football), Haylee McCrea (Ridgeview softball), Christian Miller (Creekside boys track), Owen Neal (Episcopal boys tennis), Ben Ulsch (Keystone Heights boys weightlifting) and Kaitlynn Webbe (Jackson girls track).

This week's vote

It's time to vote for Florida Times-Union's next First Florida Credit Union Athlete of the Week for the week of April 1-6, 2024.

The Times-Union gathers nominees from scores, stats and nominations e-mailed to the sports desk during the week by coaches across Northeast Florida. Coaches can e-mail these stats and scores to preps@jacksonville.com.

This week's voting begins Monday morning and closes at 10 a.m. Thursday. Votes are restricted to once per device per hour. Vote at jacksonville.com/sports.

Here are the nominees from April 1-6.

Kristina Campbell, Nease softball

The junior pitched 16 innings with 23 strikeouts and zero earned runs allowed in wins over Atlantic Coast, Orange Park and Tocoi Creek.

Ryann Frechette, Bartram Trail girls lacrosse

The senior attacker recorded 16 goals, two assists and seven draw controls against Bishop Moore, Bishop Ireton and Fletcher.

Jaden Jablonski, Providence boys lacrosse

The sophomore recorded 14 goals, two assists and six ground balls to lead the Stallions to wins over Atlantic Coast and Paxon.

Carson McFarlin, Creekside baseball

The sophomore batted .750 for the week with a home run, five RBI and a game-winning seventh-inning single in victories over Bishop Kenny, Bolles and Nease.

Tyra Pierce, Ed White flag football

The senior made two interceptions, including the game-clincher in the end zone with less than a minute left, and two pass breakups on potential touchdowns as White beat Fletcher 7-0 to repeat as Gateway Conference champions.

Tyrone Summerall, Mandarin boys track

The senior set a new personal best of 14.61 seconds to win the 110-meter hurdles and also placed second in the 400 hurdles to help the Mustangs repeat as Gateway Conference champions.

Kyndal Turner, Paxon girls track

The senior won the 100-meter dash at the Gateway Conference championships in 12.02 and helped the Golden Eagles to a 4x100 title.

Sam Wainwright, Suwannee boys weightlifting

The senior won the Region 1-1A 199-pound division in both the traditional (725 pounds) and Olympic (655 pounds) categories, helping the Bulldogs to the team regional championship.

Katie Wong, Stanton girls tennis

The junior won her matches at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles to lead the Blue Devils to the Gateway Conference team championship.
