Pearson scored 16 and Jayden Desir 10. The Crusaders will host No. 1 Kingston in Saturday's 10 a.m. final. For Newburgh (9-12), James Thorpe scored 23 and Jayden Lorenzo 18.

Section 9-AA semifinal - No. 3 Wallkill 62, No. 2 Valley Central 29: Zoe Mesuch scored 22 points, Alex Dembinsky 11 and the visiting Panthers got seven points apiece from Sam Dembinsky, Aoife Brady and Gabby Gualtiere. Wallkill will face Warwick in Saturday's 4 p.m. final at Monroe-Woodbury.
Section 9-AAA semifinal - No. 1 Pine Bush 62, No. 4 Middletown 51: Leticia Watson scored 18 points and Ketura Rutty 14 for host Pine Bush. The Bushmen will take on Lourdes for the title at noon Saturday at Monroe-Woodbury. For Middletown, Ashley MacCalla scored 20.

Section 9-A semifinal - No. 5 Beacon 61, No. 1 New Paltz 52: The visiting Bulldogs prevailed. Beacon will face No. 2 Saugerties in the final at 5 p.m. Friday at Mount Saint Mary.
Section 9-A semifinal - No. 2 Saugerties 48, No. 3 Spackenkill 45, OT: Jack Parisio scored 18 points, McCoy Rothe 16 and Liam Boek six for host Saugerties. Nick Stinemire had 10 rebounds and Ty VanValkenburgh seven. The Sawyers will play No. 5 Beacon in the final at 5 p.m. Friday at Mount Saint Mary. For Spackenkill, Kristopher Cummings scored 15, Dylan Sultzer eight and Kason Cummings seven.

Section 9-D final - No. 2 Chapel Field 54, No. 1 Mount Academy 41: At SUNY Sullivan, Chapel Field beat the Mount in the finals for the third season in a row. Jonah McDuffie scored 20 points, Mikey Bonagura 13, Luke Falkena 10 and Micah McDuffie eight for the Lions. Chapel Field will play a state first-round playoff vs. the Suffolk County champion at Center Moriches High School on March 4. Section 9-AA quarterfinal - No. 5 Valley Central 50, No. 4 Monticello 47: The visiting Vikings swept three games from the Panthers. Donavan Davis scored 12 of his 14 points in the second half and Armando Perez added 13 points for VC. The Vikings will play at Lourdes in the semifinals. For Monticello, Christian Brown scored 18, Quenten Liciaga 11 and Judah Brown nine. Liciaga added 14 rebounds.
Section 9-AA quarterfinal - No. 3 Washingtonville 51, No. 6 Cornwall 48: Jayden Vega hit a clutch 3-pointer to lift the Wizards.
Section 9-B semifinal - No. 1 Ellenville 61, No. 5 Rhinebeck 55: Javin McCombs scored 20 points, K.J. Jackson 15 and Jason Kinscy 12 for host Ellenville. For Rhinebeck, Aiden Prezzano and Charl8ie Kozma each scored 14.

Bella Alberici scored 16 points, Daisy West 10 and C.J. Conkey eight for the Raiders. O'Neill will face No. 2 Highland for the title at 7 p.m. Thursday at Mount Saint Mary. For Sullivan West (16-6), Nicole Reeves scored 10 and Abby Parucki eight.

Section 9-AAA quarterfinal - No. 4 Middletown 54, No. 5 Monroe-Woodbury 41: Ashley MacCalla scored 28 points and Sydney MacCalla added seven for host Middletown. The Bears used a 20-5 second quarter to seize a 28-15 lead. For Monroe, Brianna Traveras and Madison Fileen each scored 15 and Sienna Feeley eight.
