Vanderbilt baseball 2024 schedule released: See every game
Vanderbilt baseball announced its 2024 schedule on Wednesday.
In addition to its already announced participation in the Astros Foundation College Classic from March 1-3 at Minute Maid Park in Houston, the Commodores will play non-conference series against Florida Atlantic (Feb. 16-18), Gonzaga (Feb. 23-25) and Illinois State (March 8-10).
In the tournament in Houston, Vanderbilt will face Louisiana, Houston and Texas.
Midweek opponents include the yearly Battle of the Barrel game against Louisville on May 7 as well as 2023 regional host Indiana State (Feb. 27) and fellow regional teams in Indiana (March 12) and Lipscomb (April 16). The Lipscomb game will be held at the Bisons' Dugan Field.
While none of FAU, Illinois State or Gonzaga made the NCAA Tournament in 2023, each of them has made at least one appearance since 2019 and they each have a reputation as top mid-major programs.
Game times and TV info will be announced at a later date.
