USC player who averaged 4.8 points per game enters transfer portal

The NCAA Tournament isn’t even over yet but the transfer portal is very much open in college basketball, just like it does in football before the season ends.

If that doesn’t tell how messed up the schedules across college sports currently are then I’m not sure what does.

Anyway, in portal news USC is losing a player to the portal after he spent just one season as a Trojan.

Bronny James, averaged 4.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in his 19.4 minutes per game as a true freshman this year.

James was rated as the 25th overall player in the 2023 cycle according to On3 Sports and thought by many to be be a shoe-in to be an NBA draft pick in 2024.

Although Notre Dame is almost certainly not going to be a player here, eyes across college basketball will be on James to see where he ends up.
