Tyrese Haliburton of Indiana Pacers helps US win World Cup tune-up

Tyrese Haliburton is the gift that keeps on giving for USA Basketball.

The Indiana Pacers guard had 12 assists, 4 points, 3 rebounds and 2 steals Sunday as the U.S. national team beat host Spain 98-88 in a tune-up game for the FIBA World Cup. The Americans led by one point entering the fourth quarter.

Haliburton had 10 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds one day earlier, as the U.S. routed Slovenia 92-62.

Next up is a game against Greece in Abu Dhabi on Friday.
