Twitter reacts to Auburn landing 5-star LB Demarcus Riddick
Hugh Freeze and Auburn have completed another flip and this one may be the best yet. On Wednesday five-star linebacker Demarcus Riddick flipped from Georgia to Auburn.
Riddick committed to Georgia back on Nov. 4, 2022, but when Freeze and linebackers coach Josh Aldridge arrived they entered the picture and kept working on the Clanton, Alabama product.
The 6-foot-2, 212-pounder is the No. 26 overall player and No. 3 linebacker in the 247Sports Composite ranking. He is also the No. 3 player from Alabama.
His recruitment, beating out Georgia and Alabama, is the type of battle that Freeze and Co. have to win for Auburn to become a contender in the SEC once again. The Auburn faithful know this and took to Twitter to celebrate, here are their top reactions.
