Trojans offer four-star 2025 offensive lineman Devin Harper
Devin Harper of Shreveport, La., is an offensive lineman and a USC target. He was included in the latest Top247 rankings for the Class of 2025, which were updated and released by 247Sports last week. Harper came in as the 140th-best overall player in the 2025 class.
Harper ranks as the No. 8 interior offensive lineman prospect and No. 140 overall prospect in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the No. 3 player from Louisiana.
USC is one of 20 schools to already extend an offer to Harper, according to 247Sports. Other notable programs to offer Harper include Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Missouri, Michigan State, Penn State, Ole Miss, TCU and Texas.
USC can use all the offensive line help it can get in the Big Ten. The Trojans will need interior strength to deal with the front lines of Michigan, Ohio State, and the other top programs in the Big Ten. USC is about to begin its last season of Pac-12 football, as the conference wonders if it will dissolve, merge, or find an alternative arrangement in conference realignment.
