Here are the top times run on the IHSA state finals cross country course in 2023
Detweiller Park takes its yearly place as the running capital of Illinois on Saturday.
For the 53rd year, the Illinois High School Association cross country meet is set for 9 a.m. Saturday on the historic 3-mile course in Peoria.
The Class 1A girls start the day with a 9 a.m. race, followed by the Class 1A boys race at 10 a.m. An hour later is the Class 2A girls race at 11 a.m., while the 2A boys go off at noon. The Class 3A girls race is 1 p.m. with the Class 3A boys race concluding the day at 2 p.m.
