These are the top SW Indiana high school athletes from week of Nov. 27-Dec. 2

Monday, Nov. 27

Lexi Primus, North Knox basketball: The sophomore had a team-high 14 points in a 51-50 loss at defending state champion Bedford North Lawrence.

Tuesday, Nov. 28

Emma Blessinger, Southridge basketball: The senior had a game-high 14 points for the Raiders in a 37-23 win over county rival Forest Park.

Josiah Dunham, Evansville Christian basketball: The senior had 23 points and nine rebounds for the Eagles in a 69-59 win over Castle.

Kenna Garland, Washington basketball: The junior had a team-high 15 points and hit four three-pointers including one to send it to overtime in a 55-51 win over Memorial.

Taray Howell, Bosse basketball: The senior scored his 1,000th career point and finished with a team-high 15 points in a loss to Jasper.

Brodey Lamb, Gibson Southern basketball: The junior had a team-high 25 points in a loss to Memorial.

Xander Niehaus, Castle basketball: The junior scored a game-high 25 points in a loss to Evansville Christian.

Andrew Noblitt, Jasper basketball: The senior had a game-high 17 points for the Wildcats in a 54-48 win over Bosse.

Trent Sisley, Heritage Hills basketball: The junior had 25 points and 12 rebounds in a 65-32 in over Perry Central.

Gabby Spink, Gibson Southern basketball: The junior had 21 points and six assists for the Titans in a 66-35 win against Vincennes Lincoln.

Tucker Tornatta, Memorial basketball: The senior had 28 points, four rebounds and four assists for the Tigers in a 69-49 win over Gibson Southern.

Wednesday, Nov. 29

Norah Miller, Reitz basketball: The senior totaled 18 points and seven rebounds for the unbeaten Panthers in a 49-34 victory over rival Mater Dei.

Maddy Shirley, Central basketball: The sophomore scored a game-high 21 points and tied a program record with seven blocks in a 57-36 conference win over Harrison.

Chelsea Turner, Mater Dei basketball: The senior had a double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds in a loss to Reitz.

Thursday, Nov. 30

Avery Kelley, Memorial basketball: The senior had a career-high 27 points plus eight rebounds in a 69-47 road victory over South Spencer.

Avah Montgomery, Southridge basketball: The junior had a game-high 24 points in a 41-37 conference win over Tell City.

Addy Phillips, Wood Memorial basketball: The freshman had a game-high 18 points for the Trojans in a win over Washington Catholic.

Aleyna Quinn, Castle basketball: The senior had a game-high 21 points in a 53-42 conference win over Jasper.

Sally Shelton, South Spencer basketball: The senior totaled nine points and 11 rebounds in a loss to Memorial.

Friday, Dec.1

Ty Brown, South Spencer basketball: The junior had a game-high 23 points for the Rebels in a loss to Mater Dei.

Reid Howard, Forest Park basketball: The senior had 22 points for the Rangers in a 65-44 victory against Pike Central.

Brodey Lamb, Gibson Southern basketball: The junior had a game-high 26 points for the Titans in a five-overtime loss at Jasper.

Jaylan Mitchell, Reitz basketball: The freshman had 15 points and 10 rebounds in a 61-52 conference win over Vincennes Lincoln.

Andrew Noblitt, Jasper basketball: The senior had a team-high 18 points including four three-pointers for the Wildcats in a 75-64 win over Gibson Southern in five overtimes.

Zane Norman, Mater Dei basketball: The senior had 17 points including five three-pointers for the Wildcats in a 73-50 win over South Spencer.

Joel Sanders, Vincennes Lincoln basketball: The junior totaled 25 points and seven rebounds for the Alices in a loss to Reitz.

Shane Sims, Harrison basketball: The junior had a game-high 22 points for the Warriors in an 84-58 win at New Albany.

Sam Singleton, South Knox basketball: The junior had 21 points for the Spartans in a 66-46 win over rival North Knox.

Gabby Spink, Gibson Southern basketball: The junior had 35 points and seven assists in a 71-64 win over Franklin County (Ky.).

Saturday, Dec. 2

Chloey Graham, Gibson Southern basketball: The senior had 23 points for the Titans in a 66-63 loss to Lawrence North.

Kahre McCrary, Vincennes Lincoln basketball: The junior had a career-high 19 points for the Alices in a conference win over Bosse.

Lexi Primus, North Knox basketball: The sophomore had 24 points for the Warriors in a road win at rival South Knox.

Trent Sisley, Heritage Hills basketball: The junior had 24 points and 10 rebounds for the Patriots in a 53-47 win over Evansville Christian.

Gabby Spink, Gibson Southern basketball: The junior had 25 points and eight rebounds in a loss to Lawrence North.

Azaryon Wesley, Princeton basketball: The senior totaled 21 points, eight rebounds and multiple hustle plays in a 78-74 double overtime win over Decatur Central.
