There were plenty of great performances in scholastic boys' lacrosse last week.

Here are some of the best:

Olympic

Nick Aversa, Paul VI. The sophomore matched a season-high with four goals as the Eagles soared to an 11-7 victory over Cinnaminson on May 11. Aversa is among the team leaders in goals (24) and points (32).

Danil Didden, Shawnee. The senior posted double-digit saves in wins over Rancocas Valley, Wall and Ridge as Shawnee extended its winning streak to seven. Didden has averaged 10.2 saves per game this spring, helping power Shawnee to an 11-3 record.

Ryan Hoffman, Cherokee. The sophomore delivered four goals and four assists as Cherokee split the week with a win against Cherry Hill East and a loss against St. Augustine. He leads the club with 32 goals and 22 assists this spring.

SJILL

Robbie Finnegan, Washington Twp. The sophomore tallied a hat trick, set up two more goals and matched a season-high with 10 ground balls as the Minutemen marched to a 9-0 win over Camden Catholic on May 11.

John McEntee, Kingsway. The freshman goalie has averaged eight saves per game as the Dragons have reeled of 12 wins in their first 13 games. He stopped 22 shots in victories over Washington Township, Seneca and West Deptford.

Sean Ralph, Clearview. With a combined eight goals and three assists, the senior helped power the Pioneers to a pair of wins over Williamstown and Woodstown. Ralph leads the club with 35 goals and 17 assists this spring.

Burlington County Scholastic League

Johan Bierig, Moorestown Friends. The senior delivered a pair of hat trick as the Foxes knocked off New Egypt and Winslow and added two goals in a losing effort against Northern Burlington. Bierig leads the team with 69 ground balls and is among the leaders in goals with 24.

Independent

Sebastian Varallo, St. Augustine. The sophomore racked up five goals and two assists as the Hermits went 2-1 over the stretch. He scored his third hat trick of the season in a 9-8 loss to Bridgewater-Raritan. The scoring stretch helped him set new highs in goals (18), assists (14) and points (32) in a season.

Cape-Atlantic

Nicholas Fortis, Absegami. The senior tallied a combined five goals, two assists and 12 ground balls as Absegami secured back-to-back wins over Millville and Central Regional. Fortis leads the team with 75 ground balls an is among the leaders with 17 goals and 13 assists.

Kieran MacDonald, St. Joseph. With a seven-goal performance, the sophomore powered the Wildcats to a 22-1 win over Vineland on May 13. He has 12 goals in his last three games to raise his season total to 28.
