Top Clarksville-area sports performers in TSSAA baseball, softball, basketball March 11-17
Here are the top performers in Clarksville-area high school sports for the week of March 11-17.

Baseball
Christian Henderson, Clarksville: Pitched a complete-game shutout, striking out nine and giving up three hits, in a 2-0 win over Mt. Juliet.
Braden Taylor and Evan Welch, Clarksville: Combined for a no-hitter in a 5-0 win over Blackman. Taylor struck out three in 4.1 innings and Welch fanned two in 2.2 frames.
Kirk Weatherford, Clarksville: Went 2-for-3 with a double against Blackman.
Collin Windham, Clarksville: Went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBIs against Blackman.
Brennen Gibson, Clarksville Academy: Pitched five shutout innings with two hits allowed and seven strikeouts in a 3-0 win over La Vergne.
Brady Cooper, Rossview: Went 2-for-2 with three RBIs in a 12-2 win over Champaign Central (Illinois)
Houston Hebert, Rossview: Went 2-for-3 with four RBIs, including a double and a home run.
Softball
Ava Ahearn, Clarksville: Went 2-for-3 with a home run in a 9-4 win over Sycamore.
Aree Collins, Clarksville: Pitched a complete game with six strikeouts, four hits and no runs allowed against Sycamore. Hit a home run and drove in three RBIs.
Carlie Sheets and Brooke Wright, Clarksville: Both homered against Sycamore. Sheets drove in three runs.
Madelyn South, Clarksville: Went 2-for-3.
Caroline Watts, Clarksville: Went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases.
Soccer
Kaden Armitage, Luke Ramsey and Josh Villa, Rossview: Each had an assist in a 5-0 win over Walker Valley.
Graham Duncan, Rossview: Had a hat trick.
Dylan Hood and Luke Russell, Rossview: Both scored goals and Russell also had an assist.
Boys track and field
Zachariah Taylor, Kenwood: Ran a 10.72-second 100-meter dash to place first at the Siegel Opens. Won the 200 meters as well with a time of 22.32.
Jakoby Cox, Kenwood: Tied for fourth in the high jump with a height of five feet, 10 inches.
Aidan Cole, Northeast: Won the 300-meter hurdles at the Siegel Opens with a time of 42.77 seconds. Tied for fourth in the high jump.
Kaden Veasey, Northeast: Triple jumped 40 feet, four inches to place fifth.
Demarcus Andrews, Northwest: Placed second in the triple jump at the Siegel Opens with a distance of 41 feet, 10.5 inches.
Teveyon Clayborn, Makhi Rasheed and Devonte Wiley, Northwest: Tied for fourth in the high jump.
Treyson Cosby, Northwest: Placed third in the 110 hurdles (16.33 seconds) and 300 hurdles (43.72).
Emmanuel Rodriguez Ronda, Northwest: Came in fourth in the 300 hurdles with a time of 44.55 seconds.
Girls track and field
Alijanae Cole, Northeast: Placed third in the long jump at the Siegel Opens, posting a distance of 16 feet, 9.5 inches.
Shaniya Davis, Northeast: Won the triple jump with a distance of 35 feet, 8.5 inches.
FRIDAY
Boys basketball
Jacob Edwards, Rossview: Scored 30 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in a 65-53 loss to Independence in the Class 4A semifinals.
Cam Ward, Rossview: Scored 14 points.

Ben Moore, Clarksville: Went 4-for-4 with six RBIs, a double, a home run and three runs in an 11-10 win at Stewarts Creek.
