Top 50 athlete-receiver Devin Carter offered by USC
The USC Trojans have offered five-star wide receiver Devin Carter from Cedar Grove High School in Ellenwood, Georgia.
Carter, a 6-foot-tall and 165-pound athlete-receiver, has received offers from Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Florida State, Ole Miss and Ohio State, among others.
Devin Carter comes from a strong football family. His father Dexter was a former running back at Florida State. Dexter Carter was selected in the first round of the 1990 NFL draft and played for the 49ers and Jets. Dexter was a member of San Francisco’s Super Bowl XXIX-winning squad in the 1994 NFL season.
Devin’s brother, Dexter Carter Jr., played wideout at Georgia Southern from 2016-2020.
Devin Carter is looking to make his own way. He is already rated as the 33rd best player in the nation, sixth in the state of Georgia, and the No. 5 WR in the class of 2026.
Carter caught 30 passes for 417 yards and 6 TDs for Cedar Grove as a freshman last season.
