Titans vs. Texans Week 17 injury report: Wednesday

The Tennessee Titans are set to hit the road on Sunday to face the Houston Texans in their penultimate divisional contest of the 2023 season.

This will also be the Titans’ final road game of the year, and after spending the majority of the season going winless away from home, Tennessee now has the chance to end the year on a two-game road winning streak.

To do so, it will have to overcome the absence of a handful of key players who are either already on injured reserve or unlikely to play barring something dramatic happening.

The good news is the Titans might be on the verge of getting their talented young quarterback back in the starting lineup. Will Levis practiced without any limitations on Wednesday after missing last week’s game with an ankle injury that he suffered against the same team Tennessee is set to face again on Sunday.

Even though the Titans are out of the playoff hunt, the reps and experience Levis can get over these final two weeks are invaluable toward his long-term development. Therefore, unless the Kentucky product is physically unable to play, he needs to be back out there.

We’ll have to patiently wait and see how he progresses over the next few days, but when it comes to everybody else, let’s find out where things stand following the week’s first injury report.
