Titans-Bengals expert picks: Joe Burrow continues unblemished record against Titans
The Tennessee Titans host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday in a battle of 1-2 teams with much different vibes.
Tennessee had its lowest total yards in a game in four decades last weekend in a 27-3 loss to the Cleveland Browns. On top of that, Treylon Burks (knee) is out for Sunday's game along with first round pick Peter Skoronski (appendix).
Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals are 3-0 against the Titans, including the playoffs, since he became the team's quarterback in 2020. Cincinnati earned its first win of the season on Monday night, a 19-16 victory over the LA Rams.
Burrow (calf) is set to start on Sunday after practicing fully on Thursday and Friday, Bengals coach Zac Taylor said. Burrow was questionable heading into last Monday's win and was limited in his mobility during the game.
Barring a tie, one team is getting back to .500. Here's how our experts predict the Titans' Week 4 game:

The Bengals haven't looked great this year and the Titans have the right kind of personnel to make this game mucky and messy. But it's hard to bet against Cincinnati's receivers the way this Titans secondary has played and until the Titans' O-line proves it can slow down a great front, expect the Bengals to limit what the Titans can do offensively.

For three weeks, Cincy’s offense hasn’t looked right. Joe Burrow just doesn’t look healthy. And for all the Titans’ flaws, their defensive front can make things uncomfortable for an immobile, limited quarterback.
GENTRY ESTES: In contract year, Titans' Kristian Fulton stuck between the CB he is and CB he could be
Paul Skrbina, sports reporter
Titans 17, Bengals 13
Maybe I’ll pick a game right one of these weeks. The Titans’ offense can’t possibly be as bad as last week. Derrick Henry will make sure of that this week.
Mike Organ, sports reporter
Bengals 21, Titans 9
The Titans make it three games this season without a touchdown and realize how difficult it is to win that way.
Nick Gray, trending sports reporter
Bengals 24, Titans 17
The Titans offense has nothing obvious to bank on against an above average defense, and Lou Anarumo's defense makes the offense earn everything the closer they get to the goal line. The totals may look better, but the result looks the same. Joe Burrow will move to 4-0 against the Titans.
Tom Kreager, Tennessee high school sports editor
Bengals 28, Titans 14
Tee Higgins is back in his home state and at Nissan Stadium for another win over the injury-plagued Titans.
