D.C. Everest’s Sara Mlodik was a triple winner, taking first in the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 runs. Teammate Megan Zemke won the 100 hurdles.

Marshfield’s Aubri Brown was a double winner. She won both the shot put and the discus. Michaela Dick won the 300 hurdles. Danielle Minsaas won the high jump.

Stevens Point won the 1,600 relay.

Shawano won the 3,200-meter relay.

Stevens Point got two first-place finishes from Nick Tuchscherer, who won the long jump and triple jump. The Panthers also got first-place finishes from Matthew Eiden in the 400 and Aloysius Franzen in the 3,200. Stevens Point also won the 3,200 relay.

Blake Postler of D.C. Everest won both the 110 and 300 hurdles. Teammate Cole Stevens won the shot put and discus. Matt Nielsen won the pole vault. Everest also won the 400 relay.

Mikaela Helling of Two Rivers won the 1,600 and the 3,200.

Team champion Freedom got individual wins from Claire Helmila in the 800 and Lydia Merrick in the high jump. Freedom also won the 1,600 and 3,200 relays.

Simon Alexander of Denmark took first in the 100 and the 200, while Kyle Wisniewski of New London won the long jump and the triple jump.

Team champion Winneconne got individual wins from Sam Waech in the 400, Ayden Hart in the 300 hurdles and Brady Immel in the discus. The Wolves also won the 1,600 relay.

Jack Barbeau of Waupaca won the 100 and 400 wheelchair events.

Shiocton’s Karissa Birch won the 100. Kendal Stingle took first in the 300 hurdles to go along with her second-place finish in the 100 hurdles. Shiocton also got a first-place finish in the 800 relay.

Rosholt’s Sophia Bablitch won the 3,200. She became a double winner when she took first in the 1,600. Payton Skortz won the shot put.

Loyal won the 400 relay and Sheila Tellock won the pole vault for Loyal.

Edgar’s Morgan Schnelle won the 200.

Kiersten Jensen of Coleman won the discus by eight inches over Olivia Santos of Manawa.

Valders had a first-place finish with Avery Kauth winning the triple jump.

Stratford had first-place finishes from Conner Weigel in the triple jump and Payton Glenn in the long jump. Stratford also won the 400 relay.

Iola-Scandinavia’s Charlie Vater won the 1,600 by .06 seconds over Connor Sheahan of Athens. Vater also won the 3,200, defeating Sheahan by 5 seconds.

Shiocton’s Kade Stingle had three first-place finishes. He picked up wins in the 110 hurdles, the 300 hurdles and the 200. Jacob Klitzke won the shot put.

Athens got a first-place finish from Aiden Janke, who won the discus, and Ryan Peel, who won the pole vault.

Weyauwega-Fremont’s Brayden Arndt won the 100.

Rosholt’s Alex Wierzba won the 400.

Pacelli’s Adam Eiden won the 800.

Edgar won the 800 relay, Manawa won the 1,600 relay and Gillett won the 3,200 relay.

SOFTBALL

Division 4

Auburndale 7, Markesan 0

AUBURNDALE - Samantha Stanton and Ashlyn Grimm combined to toss a no-hitter for the Eagles in a regional final win against the Hornets.

Stanton lasted five innings, giving up one walk to go with five strikeouts. Grimm collected a save finishing up the final two innings, walking two batters and striking out five.

Julia Lenz took the loss for Markesan after six innings, allowing nine hits, three walks and all seven runs to go with two strikeouts.

Grimm led Auburndale at the plate, going 2-for-4 with RBI singles in the first and sixth innings. Danika Blomberg also went 2-for-4, with a pair of runs scored. Regynn Lau had a two-RBI single in the first and Mya Krings doubled for the Eagles.

Auburndale’s record improves to 15-4 overall with the win and will next play on Tuesday vs. Stratford.

Division 5

Almond Bancroft 11, Sevastopol 4

ALMOND - Messina Meddaugh had three hits, including a double and two RBIs, as the Eagles beat the Pioneers in regional final action.

Aaliyah Newby added two hits and five RBIs as Almond-Bancroft took advantage of 12 hits and seven walks.

Riya Ceballos picked up the win in the circle, pitching seven innings, allowing four runs on six hits, while striking out four.

Athens 14, Rib Lake 4

ATHENS - Leading 5-4 in the sixth, the Bluejays plated 10 runs to put an early end to the regional final.

Addison Lavicka paced the Athens offense, going 3-for-5 with a triple and four RBIs, while Jazelle Hartwig was 3-for-4 with a double and a triple and one RBI.

Recording two hits each for the Bluejays were Sophia Coker, Celina Ellenbecker and Jenna Handschke.

BASEBALL

Division 2

Abbotsford/Colby 11, Black River Falls/Fall Creek 1

ABBOTSFORD - Abbotsford/Colby scored its runs on eight hits, six walks and four errors in the win over Black River Falls/Fall Creek.

Mateo Lopez had two home runs, two runs scored and four RBIs for Abbotsford/Colby. Blake Bargender had two hits and JV Castillo scored two runs. Brandon Diedrich and Jackson Snapp each had a double.

Diedrich got the win for Abbotsford/Colby. He allowed one run on three hits and two walks. He struck out six.

Division 3

Stratford 7, Cadott 2

STRATFORD - The Tigers improved to 15-5 with the win over the Hornets, who finished their season with a 5-15 record.

Stratford, which has won nine of its last 11 games, will host Elk Mound on Tuesday.

Regular season

Stevens Point 11, Wausau East 1

STEVENS POINT - The Panthers scored two in the first, two in the third, four in the fifth and three in the sixth en route to the Wisconsin Valley Conference win.

Ty Rechner picked up his seventh win in as many decisions as he pitched six innings, allowing six hits, one unearned run and one walk, while striking out five.

Pacing the Stevens Point offense were Jacob Ebel, who doubled and had three RBIs. Benett Klish was 2-for-4, Braylen Nystrom was 3-for-4, Devin Mrozek was 2-for-3 with a double, and Carl Biechler was 2-for-3.

The Wisconsin Valley Conference champion Panthers moved to 11-1 in conference and 22-1 overall.

SPASH will open regional action June 1 when it plays the winner of Tuesday’s Marshfield at Wausau West matchup at Bukolt Park at 5 p.m.

Wausau West 7, Wisconsin Rapids 6

WAUSAU - The Warriors scored three runs in the fourth inning and four in the fifth inning to beat the Red Raiders.

Tony Iaffaldano had two hits, including a double, and three RBIs for Wausau West. Luke Smogoleski added two RBIs and Travis Klade had two hits.

Wisconsin Rapids got two hits and two RBIs from Brennan Huber. Josh Dekarske also had two hits.

Lucas Hager was the winning pitcher. He went four innings, allowed five hits and did not allow a run while striking out two.

GIRLS SOCCER

Assumption 8, Melrose-Mindoro/Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau 0

GALESVILLE - The Royals scored seven first-half goals en route to the Mid-Western Conference win.

Kendall Duellman scored three goals, Aislinn Dolan and Sarah Shaw had two each, and Kara Drewiske had one for Assumption.

Dolan and Duellman each added assists.

Assumption 10, Amherst 2 (Tuesday)

WISCONSIN RAPIDS - Kendall Duellman scored six goals for the Royals in the victory over the Falcons.

Sarah Shaw added two goals, while Addi Vollert and Ahnabelle Khang also scored for Assumption.

Amherst’s goals were scored by Claire Lewallen and Mia Cope.

Assumption goalie Morgan Reichl made three saves. Amherst goalie Ella Thompson had four saves.
