Texas Tech football home opener vs. Oregon sold out, limited season tickets available
Looking to score a ticket for Texas Tech football's home opener against Oregon on Sept. 9? Better act fast.
The Texas Tech athletics department announced Wednesday the game pitting the Red Raiders against the Ducks is sold out of its primary ticket inventory. The only remaining tickets to the contest are ones that come with a season-ticket package.
In addition to the Oregon encounter, season ticket holders will receive access to Tech's other games in Jones AT&T Stadium against Tarleton State (Sept. 16), Houston (Sept. 30), Kansas State (Oct. 14), TCU (Nov. 2) and UCF (Sept. 18).
Tech has sold 31,000 season ticket as of Wednesday, according to Tech athletics. Packages remain in the east and west sides of the stadium with prices starting at $185 a seat.
Season tickets can be purchased by contacting the Athletics Ticket Office at 806-742-TECH or visiting TexasTech.com.
