Tennessee Titans predictions vs. Houston Texans: Our 6 experts pick Week 15 NFL winner

The Tennessee Titans can win two games in a row for the first time this season with a victory over the Houston Texans on Sunday at Nissan Stadium.

Tennessee (5-8) is coming off a stunning 28-27 win over Miami on Monday. Any playoffs talk can wait until after Week 15, though six of the eight teams standing between the Titans and a wild card spot are starting a backup quarterback in Week 15.

Houston (7-6) lost 30-6 last Sunday at the New York Jets in a poor performance. Quarterback C.J. Stroud suffered a concussion and still is in concussion protocol as of Friday.

Here's how our experts predict the Titans' Week 15 game, which is scheduled for a Noon CT kickoff from Nissan Stadium (CBS):

GENTRY ESTES: Looks like Tennessee Titans want to keep Derrick Henry. May not be simple, though

There are just too many question marks about the Texans if Stroud is limited or unable to play. The Titans have played well the past three weeks with two wins and an overtime loss. They continue that success against a team that's looking for a rebound after its first brutal loss in months.

Can the Titans build off a big win? It’ll help that the Texans are banged-up.

Has to be the uniforms, right? Well, that, Will Levis and Derrick Henry.

Mike Organ, sports reporter

Titans 23, Texans 17

For the first time in more than a year the Titans, decked out in their throwback uniforms, win back-to-back games by knocking off the Texans. This team is on a roll with winnable games coming up in the next three weeks.

Nick Gray, trending sports reporter

Titans 28, Texans 17

Assuming Davis Mills or Case Keenum is starting at QB for Houston, the Texans will need to run the ball better than it usually does. Even if they do, it won't matter. Will Levis is growing in confidence, and Tim Kelly is growing more confident in his rookie quarterback. Get through this weekend and win, and then Titans fans can bemoan the close losses to the Saints, Colts and Steelers.

Will Levis and Derrick Henry get rolling early and the Titans win for the second straight week.
