Team President Marc Badain resigns on Monday from Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders received some unexpected news on Monday as team president Marc Badain resigned from his position. He has been with the Raiders for over 30 years, working alongside both Al Davis and Mark Davis.

Badain was considered the “right-hand man” of Mark Davis over the last few years and was instrumental in helping the team move to Las Vegas. Davis released a statement late on Monday night about the resignation from Badain:

It is unclear why Badain resigned or who plans to replace him in that role. But this is certainly a surprising move for a team that is just days away from kicking off training camp. We will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
