Washington safety Taylor Rapp is a highly-touted prospect, and projected to be selected early in the 2019 NFL Draft. The ball-hawking defender made the 2018 AP All-American Second Team, and was named to the All-Pac-12 team twice. He turned in 117 tackles, seven interceptions, and two forced fumbles in 40 games with the Huskies.
