Here are the swimmers and divers to watch at the District 29-5A meet

Flour Bluff will look to maintain its dominance on Friday as the District 29-5A swim meet is contested at the Corpus Christi Natatorium.

The Hornets girls are aiming for their 17th consecutive district title and the boys are going for three straight.

The Bluff girls will rely on some different faces this season after graduation losses, while the Hornet boys feature two of the best swimmers in the region in juniors Jaden Ferguson and Jaden Lopez.

The top six finishers in each event will qualify for the Region VIII-5A swim meet to be held Feb. 9-10 at the Corpus Christi Natatorium.

Here are a look at some athletes to watch on Friday:
