Hornets top Gladiators in girls tennis

Wilson Memorial beat Riverheads 8-1 Monday. The Hornets improved to 6-3 overall and 6-0 in Shenandoah District play. Riverheads is 7-5 overall and 5-3 in the district.

Bison girls tennis beat Storm

Buffalo Gap beat Staunton 6-3 Monday, improving to 6-4 overall and 3-4 in Shenandoah District play. Gap's Alex DiGrassie remained undefeated in singles play on the season. Staunton fell to 1-8 overall and 0-7 in the district.

Wilson boys tennis edges Riverheads

Wilson Memorial defeated Riverheads 5-4. The teams were tied after singles, but the Hornets took two of three doubles sets to win the match. Wilson improved to 8-3 overall and 7-0 in district play. Riverheads is now 6-5, 3-5.
