Free agent Dante Cunningham has agreed to a one-year deal with the San Antonio Spurs, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Cunningham considered the Spurs and Brooklyn Nets in recent days before committing to San Antonio. The 6-foot-8 forward played 73 games last season with the Nets and New Orleans Pelicans, averaging 5.7 points and 4.1 rebounds a night.

Cunningham will provide the Spurs with additional versatility on the wing and front court.

Cunningham has played his nine NBA seasons with Portland, Charlotte, Memphis, Minnesota, New Orleans and Brooklyn.
