Social media reacts as Caitlin Clark triple-double powers Iowa past Minnesota
Alright! Enough is enough! No more!
I’m not sure what Minnesota did to warrant such a beat down by the No. 6-ranked Hawkeyes, but it felt their wrath on Wednesday night, losing to Iowa, 108-60. That’s right, you read that correctly. This was that bad of a blowout.
It was like Iowa was playing on easy difficulty all night, just simply destroying the Gophers behind a fantastic 30-point triple-double by superstar guard Caitlin Clark.
Clark was aided by Gabbie Marshall, who reached her 1,000th career point against Minnesota. The senior contributed 16 points and knocked down four 3-pointers. Kylie Feuerbach also turned in a more than respectable performance with 13 points off the bench.
It’s kind of hard to find things to say about this game. Iowa was clearly the better team, and let it be known all night long. Instead of seeing me drone on about how good Iowa looked while leading another team by 40, I’ll let the fans paint the picture instead. Here are the best reactions from the blowout victory for the Hawkeyes.
Always

Need that
Iowa's a totally different team if they are getting 3 threes from Kylie Feuerbach on a nightly basis.
Prior to last game, she hadn't hit a three-pointer since January 16.
She has 6 in the last 6 quarters.

I'm pretty satisfied personally

Love that we're recognizing Woodard
Caitlin Clark needs 7 points to pass Lynette Woodard for the AIAW/NCAA all-time scoring record.

They certainly have a lot to talk about
