Saturday's prep highlights: Arthur Christian soccer, M-S baseball earn titles

M-S' two wins on the day won it the Apollo Conference for the third year in a row, going 31-3 in conference games over that stretch.

The Rockets (20-9) lost a close one to get their home doubleheader started.

The Spartans (28-6) didn't need their usual explosive offensive production thanks to 's complete-game, 11-strikeout performance in the circle against the Bombers (17-4).

The Rockets (22-7-1) needed to last a dozen innings, and that's what she did.
