Saints QB Derek Carr injures shoulder vs. Packers
The New Orleans Saints currently hold a 17-0 lead over the Green Bay Packers in Week 3, but Saints quarterback Derek Carr suffered a shoulder injury and is questionable to return.
Carr has the Saints tied for first place in the NFC South at 2-0. If the veteran quarterback is seriously injured, it would be a huge loss for New Orleans.
