The Razorbacks lose their “Glue” to Oklahoma State
Another player from the women’s basketball team has transferred out of the program. Rylee Langerman left the Razorbacks for her home-state school, Oklahoma State Cowgirls.
She led Christian Heritage HS in Del City Oklahoma to a state a title during her senior campaign, averaging 21.5 points and 10.9 rebounds a game.
Known as “The Glue”, she played 82 games for the Hogs, averaging 2.5 points game but her contribution went beyond the box scores. She appeared in all 37 games last season, averaging 17.6 minutes a game, the most of any player coming off the bench.
Langerman is most notable for her commitment to community work, being named to the SEC Community Service team in 2022 and 2023.
“She has been an incredible ambassador for many things in her career in the SEC,” OSU head coach Jacie Hoyt said. “I’m proud to say that she will be someone who represents everything we want to stand for at Oklahoma State and more. She’s one of Oklahoma’s finest and we can’t wait to have her back home!”
Earlier this month, the Hogs loss their best player, Erynn Barnum to the transfer portal. Mike Neighbors will have to find production from other next seasons.
