Ravens G Ben Cleveland returns to practice after four session absence

The Baltimore Ravens kicked of their 2022 training camp last week, and are now in full pads as padded practices began on Monday. They’re still waiting for some of their injured players to return, but they got good news on one of their offensive linemen who was struggling to get on the field.

On Monday, guard Ben Cleveland returned to practice after a four session absence. The reason for his unavailability was due to him failing the team’s conditioning test multiple times over, so it’s good to see him back on the field with his teammates as he looks to get up to speed and compete at a high level.

Cleveland is in the mix for the starting left guard job alongside players such as Tyre Phillips and Ben Powers. His absence more than likely set him back in that competition, but he’s a talented player that with a strong training camp and preseason can make up a lot of ground and potentially win out to start in Week 1.
